What is your favorite memory of your time with Tina?

​

I used to love visiting Tina's home for voice lessons. She would show me all the tiaras.

​

What was your favorite song that you sang for Tina?

​

"Nothing" because everyone learned that song and we all knew the same choreography.

Did you perform in any community theater musicals with Tina? If so, which ones?

​

What is the most valuable lesson you learned from Tina?

​

There's a place for everyone in the theater!

What did you go on to do in life/career?

​

I moved to New York and spent 3 years as a talent agent, and then transitioned to a real estate company​

What is your favorite memory of Manny?

​

I loved when Manny would stand in front of the curtain before each musical and tell the audience how he hoped they'd walk away humming the tunes from whatever show was about to go on.

 

Is there anything you'd like to say to Tina on the occasion of her retirement?

​

You are such a gift to the world, and I know there are countless people out there who wouldn't have half the self confidence they do if they hadn't known you. Thank you for giving your time and heart to all of us.

Is there anything else you'd like to say?

​

Tina - thank you so much for everything! You are such a joy to be around, and you were such an amazing teacher/director/mentor to me and so many people! You taught us to love theater, and to uplift and be respectful of one another. Thank you being so patient and kind during all the hours listening to kids belt out "Showstopper", and for being such a delightful, supportive human being.​​
